Works perfectly with my 500GB XBOX ONE. Only works in one of the rear ports however but this is not really an issue. I charge my controllers with the other port via a docking station. Game performance for those games installed on the external drive seem similar (if not slightly quicker) than the sealed internal hard drive. Satisfied and the Xbox USB 3.0 port Itself, powers the drive nicely with no need/option for extra power leads/supply. Internal hard drive was full in less than a month: MCC,RYSE,TITANFALL,THIEF, DESTINY, FORZA 5, MGS GZ = drive full, pathetic! I had the same issue with my PS4 and had to upgrade the drives size in that too.
